Dr. Wyatt Woodward, PT, DPT
Wyatt grew up in Yucca Valley, California, where he developed a lifelong passion for sports and an active lifestyle. He has been a competitive swimmer since the age of nine and began playing water polo, eventually competing in both sports at the collegiate level for Concordia University Irvine while earning his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Science.
Wyatt went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University, graduating in 2020. After graduation, he spent four and a half years treating patients in an outpatient orthopedic and aquatic therapy clinic, helping individuals recover from injuries, regain mobility, and return to the activities they love. In 2026, he co-founded Seaward Physical Therapy with the goal of providing personalized, one-on-one mobile care throughout South Orange County.
Drawing from his own background as an athlete, Wyatt has a special interest in treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries, while also helping patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall function. He believes in building strong relationships with his patients and creating individualized treatment plans that fit each person's goals and lifestyle.
Outside the clinic, Wyatt enjoys surfing, golfing, skateboarding, playing guitar, hiking, meal prepping, and spending time outdoors.
